Vancouver All Candidates Meeting for Arts and Culture

Vancouver All Candidates Meeting for Arts and Culture
Where: Museum of Vancouver (1100 Chestnut St.), Joyce Whalley Room
When: Monday, October 15, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Municipal elections take place in communities across the province on October 20, and we want you to be informed. That's why the BC Alliance, in partnership with the Museum of Vancouver (MOV), will be hosting an all candidates meeting in Vancouver on Monday, October 15. This is a chance for Vancouver voters to meet the candidates running for city office, and to find out their positions on the arts and culture issues that matter most to you.

It's critical that the arts and culture community turn out in force for this election, and that we make our voices heard as advocates for a healthier, more sustainable, more creative society. The first step is to be informed about your candidates and their positions, and to challenge them to make arts, culture and heritage a critical component of their strategies to serving our municipalities. We hope to see you there!

Please register below to attend. The meeting is free and open to the public.
