Your Vision for Arts + Culture

Will you advocate for an increased investment to the BC Arts Council and to maintain or increase the current funding level for arts, culture and heritage in your community?

Yes. by lowering taxes we can put more money in your pocket to invest in the arts and culture you care about

Will you take an active role on behalf of your community to lobby senior levels of government to increase levels of investment to the BC Arts Council?

Yes. by eliminating the carbon tax, the people of BC will have more cash to invest themselves, rather then waiting for the slow pace of government

If you are in favour of increased investment in arts, culture, and heritage for our province and committed to lobbying senior levels of government for increases to the BC Arts Council, would you require additional advocacy support from the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture? If so, how can we help?

I dont believe in lobbying the government, I believe in letting people be the change they wish to see in the world and we do that by getting government out of the way.

Cultural Growth

In your view, how can our provincial government maintain or grow the cultural sector across British Columbia?

By putting more money back int our pockets, we can find the real support for our arts and cultural sectors. We can finally put our own money where our mouth is.

Cultural + Creative Spaces

Will you work to ensure access to affordable, sustainable cultural and creative spaces for artists and arts organizations in British Columbia? If so, how?

Yes by defending private property rights, people will be able to find and secure their spaces with property owners at a reasonable rate rather then being slowed by government interference.

Cultural Tourism

How will you improve cultural tourism in your community? How do you propose to attract and retain artists and cultural workers in your community?

With a culutre of lower taxes, people will have more cash to spend, When people find out it is affordable to travel here. uninhibited by high carbon taxes on fuel and food, they will flock here again.

Key Issues

What do you feel to be the single most important issue currently relating to arts, culture and heritage in British Columbia, and what action will you take to address it?

Government censorship and picking winners and losers. Get government out of the way, put people back in charge of their own destiny and let them create the arts and culutre and heritage they deserve and are willing to work for and create.

How do you personally engage in the creative and cultural life of your community, and more broadly, the province? (e.g. committees, attending arts and culture events, etc.)

I create my own community access tv show called Freedom Free For All. find it online at
